The Spokane Shock and Arizona Rattlers met in the First Round of the National Conference Playoffs. The Shock headed into the playoffs as the defending ArenaBowl Champions, while the Rattlers finished the regular season at 16-2 and was the overall number one seed. The Rattlers defeated the Shock 62-33 and advanced to face the Chicago Rush in the National Conference Championship.
