SaberCats Offer Kirton Fundraising Ticket Package

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The SaberCats announced today that they are offering a ticket package that will benefit the family of Johnie Kirton and his two-year old daughter, Jayde for their June 23 game against the Spokane Shock. Kirton passed away suddenly and shockingly on May 28 at the age of 26 in Santa Clara, Calif.

The SaberCats organization has put together a means by which their fans can show their support for Johnie and his family in this difficult time. The $30 package consists of two tickets as well as a commemorative #37 pin. For each package sold, the SaberCats will contribute 50% ($15) to the non-withdrawal account that has been established through Chase Bank in the name of Kirton’s parents, Doug and Heather for the benefit of Jayde.
